Return or exchange requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery (or within 2 days for specific claims, such as transit damage or wrong items).

- Teethers and rattles (due to hygiene reasons)
- Undamaged products or clearance items

A clear unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) showing the product, packaging, and condition upon receipt is mandatory for all claims. This helps us process your return quickly and fairly.

Products must be shipped back within 2 days of return approval, in their original condition and packaging, without further damage.

💰 Shipping Costs
- Multifly Toys covers shipping for defective or wrong items
- We reimburse up to ₹50/kg (India Post rates)
- Speed post/courier reimbursement limited to India Post rates
⚠️ Important Shipping Guidelines:
- Pack the product securely as received to ensure safe delivery
- Products damaged during return transit will not be eligible for refund/replacement
- Use reliable shipping methods with tracking
💰 5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product at our facility.
Processing Time
Prepaid orders: Within 48 hours of receipt
COD orders: Within 7 days of receipt
Bank Transfer Time
Refunds reflect in your account within 5–7 working days
Refund Conditions:
- Full or partial refunds/replacements depend on the item and damage type
- If product is not functioning or out of stock, we'll suggest alternatives or refund per your preference
- Refunds for unshipped orders take 5–7 working days
