- Multifly Toys covers shipping for defective or wrong items
- We reimburse up to ₹50/kg (India Post rates)
- Speed post/courier reimbursement limited to India Post rates

- Pack the product securely as received to ensure safe delivery
- Products damaged during return transit will not be eligible for refund/replacement
- Use reliable shipping methods with tracking

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product at our facility.
Processing Time
Prepaid orders: Within 48 hours of receipt
COD orders: Within 7 days of receipt
Bank Transfer Time
Refunds reflect in your account within 5–7 working days

- Full or partial refunds/replacements depend on the item and damage type
